  1. Well, I tend to weigh myself first thing every morning - not officially as it were - but to see how
I'm doing. I know that I go up at weekends, then down again all the way to WI on Thursday - and
    that's fine.

This morning I woke up - feeling a little skinnier than yesterday, but knowing that if I stood on
those scales, they'd show me up on yesterday - inevitably after a night at the pub - and then I'd
stop feeling skinny and let the numbers make me feel fat. So........I decided not to stand on 'em -
to take the skinnier feeling and run! *grin*

So it's a sorta NSV......cept that it involves scales! 😉

  2. Well it is a real non-scale victory since you decided not to use the scales
    :-)
    Well done,

to yourself, and NOT the scales, that is just way too cool!!! Lee
