  1. From skimming the posts I found 4 (?) people who are not here to
    demonize alternative medicine.

Anyway, I thought it would be good thing if this newsgroup began a
postive thread for people who come looking to find something. I
thought we - the people outside the box- could make a list of things
to improve health. The requirements are that anything listed has to
be easy to do and inexpensive. So what do you alternatives think of
this idea? What other requirements would you like to see for the
items in the list? etc. Who knows we may get some of the people back
who had lots of good information and gave their time to this
newsgroup. Or maybe we might attract some new people we would like to
see here. At the very least we might get an idea from the list that
    we can use.

    I will start:

    1. Have a bowl of cooked oat porridge for breakfast - unless you're
    allergic to oats.

    Best wishes. Angela

All of the genuine demonizing in this newsgroup comes from
Jew-hating religious bigots. Here are some examples from
Jan Drew's postings in the last 3 months:

Are all the etheists here, who have been decived by Satan.
Some choosing lifestyles that are condemned in the bible.

It is pathetic and evil to not care one bit for suffering people,
because of ego, and is certainly wthout a doubt led by Satan.

This is all done in an effort to LEAVE the lies alone.
And in fact is led by Satan.

I truly believe it is the work of Satan.
They know they are lying, and it is plain to see, It appears to me
that Satan has hardened their hearts so much they don't even care.
The bible speaks of the evils of the last days, from what I have
witnessed here, organized medicine is one of the huge evils.

More atheists know it all insulting attitude.
    Taught by Satan.

The group here are mostly atheists and jews, (who falsely believe
they are enlightened) and need to have an argument going, thinking
they can boast their ego. They tell lies, twist what is said, and
    IMHO are lead by Satan.

Satan has them fooled, just as he did EVE.

I am sorry Eric, but your choice of likestyle is displeasing in God's
sight, and is not how he created man. It is a product of Satan.

Furthermore you can see what a number Satan has done on the
cranky [censored], who brag about it, the bold faced liars and those
who make up LIES, like you. It is noted you couldn't back up your
false claim about what I said. The posters here whose sole purpose
is to protect their EGO. And all love and concern is gone, replaced
with hatred, belittling and making fun of others.

No, I find it as it was from the beginning of time, when Satan
    debunked God's word.

Yes Jesus was a jew, his own people rejected him.
They debunked all his words and works, and now debunking and
lies are second nature to them. That is how Satan works.

    OK. I'll try.

Don't smoke or drink alcohol to excess.

    Plenty of regular exercise.

Varied diet including plenty of fruit and vegetables.

    Keep body weight down.

Take a multivitamin if you want, so long as this does not entail neglecting
    your diet.

Introduce your kids to healthy lifestyles at an early age.

A few well-proved medical screening procedures, eg blood pressure check,
lipid profile and other matters depending on family history.. .

    That's about it.

Yes, it appears to me that she does.

    Good question.

No, you got most of what Jan Drew says about people who are not
    Christians of her persuasion.

It is sad that she, and others, have interjected their hatred of
non-Christians into this group in order to demonize those with whom they
disagree. they do this because they lack factual support for their wild
