This is why you should always ride with a small digital camera. It
would mean a lot to see this, maybe a good,close shot of the ticket
being handed over.

Nope. Traffic was heavy, and the cop was a good enough eyewitness. It
probably helped that he had his dept. issue MTB on the rack on his cruiser.
