There's the French claim again that they're all doping with dope no
one
can see or test for.
When did they said it ?
Source ?
or it is just because you are angry with them ?
Yes Armstrong tested positive in 1999. It is a fact, you like it or not.
All except the French riders of course. They're as pure as
Quoted message said:the drive snow.
Actaully he did not test positive. The level of triamcinolone found in
his blood was 0.2. The lower limit for a positive reading was 6.0, 30x
more than his test. It wasn't even close to
being positive.
Other riders had levels below 6.0 as well: Tom Steels had a level of
1.8 on July 5. Michele Coppolillo, July 6, 1.6. Mariano Piccoli, July
7, 1.3. Daniele Nardello, July 8, 1.7. These are levels that were 6-9x
more than Armstrong's, yet they did not face the same public
accusations.

The race organizers accepted his explaination that he neglected to
declare his use of a topical saddle sore cream. After careful
examination, they ruled that the use of that cream did not violate
doping rules. Did you see some evidence they didn't?
Sorry if I "top post", but it seems to be allowed.....
Opps! No, the net-cops just showed up... either I fix it or they run
me in 🙂
Quoted message said:If you you read carefully the article, you will note that it is
"exogenous"
corticoid we are talking about.(triamcinolone acétonide, a synthetic
corticoid ). As I know triamcinolone acétonide were not allowed.
It is not ?
If it had been properly declared, it WOULD have been allowed.
Quoted message said:If not allowed I call it positive test.
That is your opinion, not a fact. The fact is the UCI/Société have a
different standard for what is positive.
Quoted message said:Indeed it is the reason why
Armstrong asked his doctor to postdat his medical exemption.
He did not meet the standard for positive test, not even close. They
accepted his explaination and issued a public statment clearing 100% of
any drug use. That, by defination, is a negative result.
Quoted message said:"....if the urine tests detect this product, it is undoubtedly, an
indication that the patient has taken it. There cannot be any confusion
between the body naturally producing the substance and taken it
exogenously."
He didn't deny taking it. He admitted using a saddle sore cream
containing the drug. He failed to declare it. He was certainly cited
for that and maybe penalized, but that is not a doping violation.
Just to be clear, do you think Armstrong used peformance enhancing
steroids in 1999 (as opposed to a saddle sore cream)?
Quoted message said:The laboratory of Châtenay-Malabry, after a year's work, perfected a test
10
days before the start of this Tour. Put to the the UCI, the method was
accepted by them. The President, Hein Verbruggen, informed teams on the
2nd
of July, the day befre the start of the Tour at Puy-du-Fou.
Once again the Lab ... Wonder why Armstrong was not a fan of this french
Lab.
OK. Another French plot ... [censored] ! The Lab also gave the name of
Christophe
Rinero... a French rider
Ok, I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to say here 🙂
*****
During the UCI of Verbruggen, Lance Armstrong could write under the heading
"Drugs Taken" - Nothing.
Later he said : " he had never taken any corticoids "
Yes, Nothing ! in short no drug that the Lab could dectect,
For the " triamcinolone acétonide, a synthetic corticoid " ?
Well . next quesion..
