  1. Got a bad cold and it really sucks. I definetly don't fell like eating and still I have to. My
throat hurts and my ears click. My nose is runny and swollen. All I want to do is sleep.

Not even tea is tasty. Still I have to drink. On a day like this life really sucks.

The first ten years of your life you try to be just like your parents. Then for then years you try
to be as little as your parents as possible. Then you gradually change in to them.

I remember having a cold when I was pregnant. I think you feel worse when you are pregnant because
your nasal passages tend to be a little more swollen during pregnancy anyway. I remember going to my
Ob/Gyn and begging for some kind of drugs. I remember sitting on the couch at night for two nights
during the winter. I couldn't go to bed because if I laid down, I couldn't breath at all. I had to
sit backwards and put my head on the back of the couch. That was the only way I could breathe at
all. Unfortunately, we had a terrible snowstorm at the time and there was a big window right behind
the couch. I really didn't want to have to look out at that snow!

My sister in law is a nurse, and she suggested that I used Rosemary to help clear out my nose. She
told me to take a big put of water and boil a handful of Rosemary in it. I was then to sit over the
pan and inhale the steam. That worked, but I found that it also worked to simply boil it on the
stove for several hours, adding more water as needed. The vapors from the boiling herbs wafted
through the air and helped to clean out my sinuses.

Thank you for a really helpful tip! I used my lamp for burning eteric oils and used rosemary off the
spicerack in some water and then put a candle underneath. I kept it burning all night yesterday and
    today I am better!

using the ordinary medications for years and nothing worked so I must give it a try
