Sheldon Brown carries this tire and has a very reasonably sized Terry 650x28

Wrong size, but thanks for trying. Mine are 23c not 28 and they don't have
23's.

Yes, they are the US distributor, but the dealers that are in my area don't
have the tire. I called them before I began looking on the Internet. Plus,
the Ultra 3000 is no longer on their list of products. Thanks for trying
though.

Are you referring to Sheldon Brown's website?

(23-571mm, note - scroll down!):
