Yeah, why is the fat number only two digits if you're at 21 g of
carbs?
That's the question I asked myself. In the 1500-1800 calories per day
range eating like Induction will give a three digit number of fat
grams.
Then I looked at Cubit's total calories. About 1200 per day. Ah,
that
explains only having two digits in the fat grams. Nice ratio of fat
to
protein - It helps to explain the rapid loss rate. Think fat fast
combined
with Induction.
