Haro tyres from St.John Street Cycles are very good. I inflate them to
80psi. I imagine they still have them. They are cheap and fast.

On or off-road? Stelvios seem to be the tyre of choice for racing.
Marathons (of various flavours) make good touring tyres.
www.kinetics.org.uk stock them both.
Other than that, try your LBS if you don't mind not buying online. They
can almost certainly order them in.

Schwalbe Stelvios for pure road use, Continental Top Touring for heavier
touring/mild off-road. St John Street Cycles always seem to have stocks,
including inner tubes.

For inner tubes, go for Schwalbe SV5 rather than SV6 (or AV5 if you insist
on using those Works of Stan, Schrader valves), as the SV6 is a bit on the
large size. Alternativewise, if using relatively narrow tyres, the Cheng
Shin 19-400 inner tubes are top kit. If you can find 'em.

World Domination?
Just find a world that's into that kind of thing, then chain to the
floor and walk up and down on it in high heels. (Mr. Sunshine)
