does anyone know if Zero gravity stopped providing the two sets? and if they did, will the orange compound pads work with my Reynolds?
The 2006 0G-05 Ti Zero Grav Brakes come only with standard Corima cork brake pads pre-installed (I think blue in color). These particular pads are new for 2006 compared to the previous Corima cork pads (i think orange in color).
You can still get the 0G-04 model and get the 2 sets of pads. The only difference between the two models aside from the pads is that the 2006 is lighter by a few grams and the cam action has been redesigned for even greater stopping power.
BTW the Corima cork pads (old and new) are specifically designed for carbon braking surfaces although they also work very well with AL rims. Caution though, do not use the same pads on AL and Carbon wheels as they can gather AL flecks which can score carbon surfaces *ouch*.
