Order placed on line 21/07/2003. Website very kindlly informed me that if I spent an extra 2 quid on a puncture repair kit, my bill would be reduced by 10%, saving me 8 quid in total.
Selected the free "Parcel Farce" delivery option and my order arrived today (23/07/2003)

A rare bird indeed - a company that puts it's customers before profit. I've ordered from them with similar discounting for various things.
They may have an odd name but I'll see your 10 Brownie points and raise another 10 🙂

I've had a similar experience with SJSC - when trying to order inner tubes for ISO 369 Moulton tyres, they said "No, no, do not fork out a Several of BRITONS' pounds for the genuine Moulton article, but instead buy these ISO 349 Michelin ones which are only half a Several each instead." I cancelled my first order with Wiggle today. I doubt I'll use them again. The could not let me amend my web order to add something to make it reach the £50 mark to qualify for free P&P, despite the order not yet processed.
They did not have an item in stock and would take two weeks for it to arrive.
Not good enough for me I'm afraid.
