  1. Okay, I've got some standard SPD pedals, am looking to get Shimano SH-R151 shoes for these. I have no idea how the cleats or anything work. Are there diagrams or something to show me how to attach them, how to clip in?

  2. Generally they just bolt in to the shoe - remove the insole (sp?) and you should see where you bolt them in.

  3. Oh I understand the concept, but there are like 10,000 parts to the cleats, I have no idea which direction they go in, how they attach, how the pedals are even clipped into. I just need a freakin instruction manual or something.
