nope. when I'm geting in the shower in my tod the smell is there. it's
definitely not clothes or anything.

Its a sign of inadequate hydration. It was noted back before the days of sports drinks some atheletes could go for long periods without urinating. Somehow the body finds a way to excrete waste through sweating, aleviating the need to urinate. Yes, the same waste products are excreted via sweat rather than urine.

Hydrate before your next ride to the point you must evacuate prior to riding. You probably will need to go on the ride too so plan carefully.

If this doesn't help, you might consider getting professional medical consultation.
