the clean riders. The clean riders have no power. USAC doesn't want any

And anyone who's spent more than 15 minutes in the parking lot of the East
Jesus Mall Parking Lot Crit before the Cat III race knows that there's a
drug problem in cycling. Its still irresponsible and [censored]-like to post a
bunch of anonymous [censored] about people (even if most of it is just making fun
of guys who've already tested positive). If you're gonna have balls and
talk [censored], its just about meaningless unless you're willing to back it up
with your identity.

violate the rules, such that the notion that they'd cover-up a positive test
