Shimano 520 or 540. Same performance and design as their top of the line 959 at a fraction of the price.

i agree... in fact, i have a few old pairs i'd be willing to sell you 😉 but they suck in the mud... get an old pair of speedplay frogs or a set of the new crank brothers, they're my FAVorite 😄

  4. The 520 and 540 are Shimano's new low end SPD pedals .. they aren't like the old 515 style pedal, which indeed suck terribly in the mud..

  5. Time ATAC aliums

cheap and they work well in any conditions

shimanos older pedals are [censored], don't know about the new ones

  6. at the mo im usin shimano m324 there multi perpose ones which r gd cos i use them on v otherside with normal shoes

  7. Breakin away from the shimano's, I got wellgos, cheapest in pricepoint and reliable as ever, but they could be better in the mud.

  8. Crank Brothers EggBeaters, of any flavour that your wallet can afford. Shimano pedals... meh.

  9. I agree with you. I have a set of 520's and have had no probs with them. Very good for the price.

  10. Time ATAC. Been very happy with them.

A good pedal for a GREAT price! If you can handle the blue.
