It is impossible to say because it depends on what you ate and drank before riding and your current store of sugar and carbs. The energy drinks will kick in as soon as the others are exhausted -- that could be 20 minutes out or it could be an hour or more. And of course it also depends on how your ride.

i usually have a bowl of cereal about an hour before i do a two hour ride, i take some water in my bottle and a small cereal snack (about 120 calories) in my pack...i dont usually feel hungry even after two hours so i dont eat the snack, if i do feel weak and hungry i'll eat it...for me there is a strict formula...see below.
i just take a little food with me and eat it when i feel hungry...that could be different every ride.
