Keep if you commute after hours or have no interest in racing. Or get one of those flashing one's.

Lights beat reflectors hands down, they're a cheap insurance policy.

dump, then stick reflective tape everywhere

If you ride at night and it is busy, use them. Better to look a bit silly and be safe and alive. If the bike is your only train/race set up, Get lights and reflectors that can clip on and off easy. Tape is also a good idea. Be safe, its better to have a .002kg heavier bike than a truck up your bum!!
