Looking for a quality lighting system for my road bike. I'm wanting to attach it to the handlebar, not my helmet.
Read a little on mtbreview.com, but there seems to be little concensus. Nite Rider seems to have a poor reputation, but is what everyone around here is selling. Any thoughts?

Anyone using Jet Lites?
Thanks.
i have union halogen generator sets on my old 10-speed for almost 20 years that never gave me any trouble--just a few burned out bulbs that i just recently changed. i have a $400.00 niterider hid light on my mountain bike that has problems with the charger already. not what you would expect from an expensive light....

I ride with a Lupine Edison 10 (http://tinyurl.com/48yfs). If there's a _better_ light out there, I haven't heard about it.
It cost a s***load of money, but its engineering, battery life, beam pattern, light output and color, and charging system are incredible.
On the other end of the spectrum; I took my small dive light, Princetontec Tec 40, $20 at my LDS, and electrical taped it to my 'bars. Works great and water proof way deeper than I plan on cycling.😉 🙂
