    Yes, Microsoft's bum-boys at SCO are in the final death thoes and the failure
    of their suit suing IBM hoping to get an out of court nuisance settlement has
    just shot them down in flames.

    Meanwhile, IBM, incidentally, are committed to being Microsoft Free in the
    reasonably short term as the Microsoft Engineers put back the introduction of
    their _new_ operating system until 2006 leaving the door open to the
    competition.

    And Gates is contemplating a new slogan: ''We copy only the best code; We
    steal the rest.''

    I started with Slackware, went to Redhat, then Caldera, now Mandrake. Linux
    for the Gateway, and Window$ for the desktop, but I do some stuff with
    Linux.
