I picked up a garage sale special mountain bike of unknown make. Someone painted over the chromed
frame. The paint is now flaking off is there a best way to remove the paint ?
On a related note i have heard that radiator shops will sometimes let you dip a bare bike frame
in the rad tank which will strip all paint ( chrome ? ) off down to bare metal. Is this a good
way to go?
