  1. That Canadiancyclist would have some info on what happened to Lyne, and when
she bailed, and why. I guess they were just doing a report off the television
    feed.

Lynn down harder then Brandli and LZ, I think. She did slam solidly into the
payment on her side. Did you see that? She really got whacked!

No unfortunately I missed it. I caught the news from the CN live report, and
by the time I got the television on the race was on the last lap.
Quite the race though, my hat's off to the women for making our sport look so
    good.

Not that that's a bad thing for a cycling news site to do...

They do a really good job generally. I'm sure that's how they had to cover it.
I was just hoping that they had someone on site or at least a phone call in to
    the team.
    I'm sure they will.
Both PedalCanada and Canadiancyclist seem to do a nice job.

Too bad for LZ too because she was in the zone, dead on it! She was riding
well. She missed the opening of the games in order to stay fresh and
focused. Too many of the girls were nervous I think, looking all over the
place. LZ stayed at the front all day until she crashed. She looked as
strong as any of the girls. Longo was pulling at the front too from time to
time, but mostly the Dutch with number 1, LZ leading the pack. She just
touched the rider in front and went straight down on her side with Brandli
going airborn over the top. Looks like NB handbars smacked her in the head.
Then Lynn went down hard solidly on her side. That looked even worst.
    Ouchie!

I duuno I may have to disagree with that being Totally LZ's fault, both her
and the rider in front look back at the same time, with the front rider
doing the big sweep to the left and taking out LZ's front wheel, LZ was
looking forward at the time of impact. I say double fault for that big
sweeping move (about 8 feet to the left)

I never fault LZ, I am so bias toward Lizzy! And Faby, BTW, where the hell
    was Faby?

After looking at it again, it looks like the rider in front of her cut over
and hit LZ wheel, unfortunely just as LZ was looking back. Bad break for
her, but can see it was a freak accident or fluke, whatever, I wouldn't
fault her for that, looks like a combination there, double bad luck.

I still don't have any idea how Lyne is doing. I really don't want to start
bothering people to find out right now. They have better things to be doing
than talking with me right now.
I just hope she's ok, and can do well in the TT.
