  1. Hi All,

I am moving from the UK to Hong Kong soon and where I am to be relocated, I
will require the use of a hybrid bike. The last time I was there (4 yrs
back) I found 1 local bike shop and their choice was rather limited, though
I saw weekend riders coming up with some snazzy gear. I am now looking for
a bike and cannot decided whether to buy one in the UK and ship it or get
one in HK and want to know if there are any HK readers of this NG who can
direct me to any local dealers with online facilities where I can look at
their range of stock before deciding.

    Thanks for any input.

I was there just before the handover and it was cheaper and quicker
to get top range Shimano parts sent from UK
Shimano Europe got a higher priority than Shimano Asia, in those days.
