  1. I just got into roadbiking a few weeks ago and on todays ride I had problems with the Cateye CC-CD300DW that worked fine the first 6 times I used it.

Everything was misreading. As an example when I was going on a straight road at 28 km/h it all of sudden jumped up to 37-40 km/h for a few seconds and then it suddenly showed 20 km/h then back to the probably correct 28 km/h. And when I got home I checked max cadence which is showing 190. I have never been above 130 in max cadence so I know that must be wrong too. Average speed was also approx 4 km faster than expected.

Anybody has an idea what could be wrong?

  2. Aaah, the double wireless. Try cleaning your conectors on the mount and computer, and then check the whole setup. Make sure everything is in line and where it should be. If the problem continues, take it back and exchange it. One thing about wireless computers is that the signal can get screwed up from time to time. Thats a pretty cool computer though.
