Sora shifting question

Here's the problem: Despite all my attempts at adjusting/greasing the cables I'm never able to move freely through the 3 cogs. I'm assuming you are talking about a triple front chainring?? Also assuming the FD is not worn out,buggered or defective or you do not have cable/casing issues or bad shifter,it's all in proper adjustment, position and alingnment..www.parktool.com has the drill.Start at the beginning.

Or take it to your bike shop.
