[font=Times New Roman]When looking at MTB tires what does “127 tpi casing” mean. I have seen different numbers on tires but have not been able to figure it out. The reason I ask is I have a Specialized 2005 Hardrock Pro and have been having a lot of trouble with flats in the center of the tire. These tires seem extremely soft and when not on the trail and on the pavement these things have a loud roar to them this I can stand but the flats are driving me crazy. I ride on different types of surfaces paved, gravel and dirt but nothing extreme, so if anyone knows a good tire you would recommend please do.[/font]
