  1. Wanting to maximise my indoor trainging now that the weather id getting wetter, has anybody got any
    good programs they work to.

    I have a CycleOps trainer.

    Any help would be appreciated.

  3. I was surprised to discover some really good 40min videos for 'Spinning' that are interesting to
    watch and give me a good workout, as there is 'no' coasting, its 40 solid continuous minutes of
    peddling. Gets my HR up to 90+.

    Beware of my experience though as I am a rank amateur and 73 yrs old; but, I still ride a 100 plus
    miles a week in rugged West Texas mountains, etc. My challenge was to find something that was not
    boring and also keep my feet on the pedals.
