i am looking for the cheapest bike i can find for training on asphault roads that are mostly flat with a few light hills(none too steep). any recomendations

road bike? if so http://www.schwinnbike.com/products/bikes_detail.php?id=311 or fuji touring (just take off the rack and put on some smaller tires)
