Campy Cranksets/BB

right-<< I see many specials/blowouts going on with their new Carbon crankset.

Does anyone know if Campy coming out with a new set up, perhaps ala Shimano,
or problem with the current configuration? >><BR><BR>

Same 102mm, 111mm, 111/115mm assym for triple for 2005. No they are not coming
out with a snow abandioned shimano 'standard' type spline.

Lots of compacts for 2005 as well as Centaur and on up carbon cranks.

Apparently we have very different meanings of "specials/blowouts". I
don't think knocking $50 to $100 off of $650 or $500 retail price
Record or Chorus carbon cranks is a "special/blowout". I think they
are just priced mighty high and are very slow movers and the
"special/blowouts" are to move the 2004 products out the door before
the identical but one year newer 2005 model arrives. When someone is
spending that kind of coin, they want the most recent model year. I
know if I was spending $600 on a carbon crankset in early 2005, it had
better be a 2005 model and not a 2004 model. Even if it is identical.

I see that CC has Chrous Carbon for 350 in their weekend special, Supergo is
399. Still not free, but alot cheaper than 500. 30% savings seems odd on
current Campy parts
