it just got fire xc pros for my bike. the improvement in traction over my old specialized roll x tires was immediately noticeable but now the bike feels heavy in the rear wheel when i climb, it drags. i have the tires facing the right way according to the arrows on the tires. does anyone else have these tires and do you know wut might be the problem? or are fire xc pros meant to feel that way.

Improved grip = greater rolling resistance and there is not much you can do about it.
I run a Fire XC pro on the front and a ritchey elevader on the back and have never had any problems.
I can imagine the Fire XC on the rear would be very slow, just like my 2.3 octopus from Hutchinson.
