It really depends on what kind of quality you want, ill give you a broad range,
suspention seat post-$25-120 (Aireon, RockShoc, Kalloy...)
grips-$6-30(lizardskin, Knuklebones,...tons)
Front suspention fork-$70-+200(tons)
Comfy seat(totaly dependes on preferance)-$25-100(Aireon,...)
