Hi everyone long time reader of these posts, first time poster.
Looking for some advice...
I am home recovering from major reconstructive shoulder surgery and doc's orders are to keep me off from riding my Trek for at least 6 months. So I was thinking of purchasing an exercise bike either Recumbent or Uprights does anyone have any advice on either.
Thanks a million all.

After going through surgery x2 on my chest/stomach I asked my doc about an excerise bike. He said to go with the recumbent. Recumbents support your upper body/back and you're less likely to move around like you would on an upright. Do you have someone to get it in the house for you? They're heavy, about 100 pounds. As always ask your doc and start out slow. -
Thanks for the reply. I am thinking of ordering it online and I think I can hopefully either slip the UPS guy a few bucks or get family to move it. The doc said I can start with very light I was looking at like the Schwin Recumbent or Proform becuase it is in my price range (300-450) but dont know much bout either. Also both offer some different types of preprogrammed stuff. I Really appreciate the post. THANKS !!!!!!!!!!
