My new bike, well less than 200 miles, has suddenly begun squeaking. It happens right as I stop peddling and release the pressure on the handlebars and relax. It's a loud, kinda short squeak that sounds something like rubbing a wet finger on polished glass. I can't be exactly sure, but it sounds like it is coming from the front of the bike (fork, wheel, or worse, frame?)
Don't think loose spokes would make a noise that this especially since I just recently had a break-in tune-up done on it.

Try snugging up the stem faceplate bolts. (Or remove and grease 'em first.)
Slight adjustment of headset preload another idea.

What kind of bike did ya get? If you have little repair savvy, ya might wannta simply roll it back to your bike shop and have an experience wrench help you out 🙂...

In olden days it was understood that if nothing squeeked or groaned then everything was too tight and over-torqued.
