I don't know what you mean by a "regular" 20" wheel, but if he means one
with a regular bike hub then I'd say no. The sprocket will unscrew and
you'll get dumped on your ass. If the hub has two threaded zones so
that a reverse-threaded lockring can be used then it is ok but marginal
acording to U-Turn and a few other expert unicycle mechanics.
