  1. I have 9sp campy veloce groupset.

What would I need to upgrade to 10spd?

Obviously a new 10 spd cassette plus 10sp shifter.

Does the shifter upgrade involve replacing the whole brake lever/ shifter unit or is there another way?

Will the 9sp derailleur handle a 10spd cassette?

Also, is the 10sp cassette the same width as the 9sp and will fit my hub? If wider, presumably I will need a new hub fitting to my wheel or else a new rear wheel whilst I am at it?

The groupset is a few years old, from before 10spd was available if that makes a difference?

    Thanks

you need rear shifter, or have it reconfigured(www.branfordbike.com) to 10 speed, chain and casette. Campy says you would need front and newer RD,and crankset, but it's BS.
