  1. Anyone else here going on the Emerald Necklace Tour
    around Cleveland, OH?

    Take a look at http://www.hubbub.com/ENT2004.html

  2. I've got to laugh, Hillel because we've been riding similar roads for
years yet we've never physically met. (My regular loop goes over on
Gates Mills, down Old Mill Road, south on Chagrin River Road, up
through the metropark, and back to Pepper via Lander.) Yet again, this
time I will be riding around Lake Erie counterclockwise on August 8th
and therefore won't be at the Metro ride.
Are you still riding your Rotator? I'm hauling my touring gear on a
    beautiful GS GTO trike SLOWLY!
    L'hitraoht!

It is kind of funny. My daily commute takes me within a
block of your regular loop at Harper and Cannon. I usually
look up the hill on Harper to where Hawthorne Pkwy comes in
to check for a trike (a few minutes after 5:30pm). Do you
ride your loop during the week or just on weekends?

Hopefully there will be more 'bents at the Emerald Necklace
Tour than last year. Each year there usually are a couple
more. Last year I met someone near one of the last rest stops
who said he has a Vision R45 at home but took his road bike
because of the hills. Since I was the only one there not
groaning in pain he said he would consider taking the 'bent
the next year. There were also a Strada, Wishbone, and a
Vision R40. I did not see the Screamer tandem that was there
    the year before, though.
