I put ceramic rims on my DF a while ago (yes I own a couple of them as well). I've put about three thousand miles on them with very little sign of wear. When I get around to replacing the rims on my Vision R-50 I will probably go with the ceramic rim on the back. I have been casually searching for ceramic rims in the 20" size for the front. So far no luck.
Does anyone make such a beast?
Inquiring minds want to know.

No, but i replaced the 20 inch front wheel with 26 inch on my Vision R42, and i'm going to use ceramic rim on it.
After some testing, i'd say the bike still handles ok.
The mudguard has to be fitted rather close to tire to avoid pedal touching it when turning.
