To be fair to Onza, I don't think that the amount of Onza 24" owners is
anywhere near the number of KH 24" owners so the majority of opinions
are slightly biased.
So far I don't think anyone has had any problems with the Onza, I can't
remember many cases of crank/hub damage, though a few people had slop in
their keyway (me included) but the KHs seem to be going through the same
problem at the moment. So I'm not sure where the whole Onza is weaker
thing came from.
I have both a KH and Onza hub/crank set and think they are both great.
I haven't heard a really in depth review of the Onza (24"😉, whereas I've
heard dozens for the KH.
I think the KH has gone through a couple generations of evolution and
this is Onza's first go at a muni, so there could be something in
that.
Plus I think the Onza will take a 24x3" tyre, tho don't quote me on
that.
If I were to buy a muni now I'd be very very tempted to get the Onza...
