  1. i fixed my uni today and after not riding for i a while i happly got on.
    after i while the insides of my legs started to hurt and i dont want
    tany more troble

    please help by giving me sone sugeestions

  2. We need more to go on than that. Is it a muscular pain or chafing of
    the skin, or just pressure on the wrong parts?

  3. are you squeezing the seat too tight with your thighs? try to loosen up
    a bit in that area.

  5. No... it's because you havn't ridden the uni in ages. I went away for a
    small 2 weeks and when I came back to my uni my legs were hurting
    exactly the same as yours, give it 2 days of good riding, just try to
    forget about it, and then ride a bit here and there and it will go away
    in like 3 or 4 days completely.

    We just get so comfy in our seats we forget when we started how long it
    took us to build up a barrier to pain there, it's much quicker to build
    up the barrier again after you know how to ride, you just have to remind
    your body.
