That looks like one of your only choices because of the bar-ends--it's a
sturdy mirror, I've used one. If you ride the hoods a lot, you might find
it irritating.

I've used probably half a dozen different brands of bar mirrors over the
last few years, and gave up--none of them could survive the urban
environment :/ Have you thought about a helmet or eyeglass mirror?

I had a similar situation with a touring bike and bar-end shifters. I
used a partially dismantled Mirrcycle mirror and some hardware
bits to attach to my Ortlieb handlebar bag. The mirror comes off
with the bag and it can be pivoted into the proper position over the
brake hood as necessary. When the handlebar bag has a few items
in it, neither the bag nor the mirror vibrate and the reflected image is
perfectly clear. See a few photos here:
