    Julich says his training has changed dramatically. Gone are the countless
    hours of long, steady distance rides. Currently he includes much more
    interval training into his program. Working with the SRM training system
    that is based on watts power output, Julich downloads and sends each day's
    training to Riis so that they can modify and maximize each workout.

    Well if he's using SRM then he's discovered intervals and the power
    monitor. More likely he's just changed the proportion of intervals to
    other forms of training in his program. Apparently Cofidis used to have
    some novel ingredients in their training program when Julich was there.

    Well if he's using SRM then he's discovered intervals and the power
    monitor. More likely he's just changed the proportion of intervals to
