I've been riding a Calfee Tetra Pro for about a month now. Love it. Light,
stiff, with little to no road vibration plus a 25 year warrenty ( Luna has a
ten year). Posters on the Calfee forum say the Luna and the Tetra ride the
same.

But unless your dealer happens to have one in stock, you'll be waiting at
least eight weeks from the time you order it.

I own a Luna and have sold many and for $1300, for a frameset that is bult very
similarly to a Colnago C-50, but with Ti dropouts, hard to beat.

It seems to me you have selected very different frames.
Cannondale-allaluminum. Litespeed-all titanium. Calfee-all carbon.
Klein-all aluminum(?) or part aluminum and part carbon. Nothing wrong
or right about any of them. All these makers have been around for a
long time and all produce pretty high end frames. Despite the chronic
nay-sayers of aluminum. All have good warranty programs.

Assuming all of these bikes have similar levels of componentry and
price, and there is not a legitimate reason you cannot wait until the
bike is available, pick the frame you like best for whatever reason
you like. There would have to be a legitimate reason why you cannot
wait a few weeks or months for a bike at this level. You are talking
$2000-$3000 I suspect. Not a purchase I would rush just so I could
have a bike tomorrow.

And not only ti dropouts, but bottom bracket and head tube inserts (at
least they did have them - I assume they still have). I believe this
makes a huge difference in the longevity of the frame since the
thermal expansion characteristics of the ti inserts are very similar
to the carbon fiber - hence, there is little stress as the frame
cycles from hot to cold and back again. Less stress, fewer
microscopic cracks, less moisture, less galvanic corrosion, fewer
failures, longer life.
