  1. Over the last couple of months I have increased my long weekend ride mileage
from roughly 70 miles to around 120 miles. With this increase I have noticed
a pain around the sitbones (rather tender!). I was wondering what changes I
should make to eliminate (or at least reduce) this pain... I feel it for a
few days afterwards. Is this an indication that my saddle is too soft or
hard... or is it a positioning thing. FYI... my saddle is a Selle Italia
ProLink. Never had the problem when my mileage was 70 miles or less.
    Thanks for any help!

How much do you weigh? How hilly are you rides? Do you sit in one position
on the saddle or move around? Do you alternate sitting and standing, or just
    sit all the time?
