    If the bicycle pulls to the right the fork is probably bent to the
    left. I assume you mean it makes you lean to the left when riding
    no-hands. In that case, bending the fork, one blade at a time, (about
    3mm at a time) to the (lean to) side corrects that tendency.

    Usually a bent fork. Other rare possibilities: the rear wheel is not
    properly aligned in the dropouts or the frame is bent.

    Has the bike been crashed recently, or perhaps bashed by a car in its
    usual parking spots?

    If your front wheel is straight on and your back wheel seems straight
    when you look at its position near the bottom bracket, your rear wheel
    may not be properly dished. But, just try and reset your wheels
    first.
