Look for cassettes made of Drillium and/or Unobtanium.

Since all the cassettes back then were made of individual steel
cogs, there's not much weight variation. So the lightest
one would be the one with the highest gearing (smallest cogs).

Why lightness matters on a 7-speed MTB cassette is entirely
beyond me though. It certainly won't be a factor in your
speed going up hill.

I noticed that the IG-60 11-30 7 speed cassette on my tourer is very
light - about 260 gm. The large cogs are quite radically cut out. But
you asked for HG. I use IG chain. I bought a few of these about a year
ago and they are still around.

There was an 11-19 HG50 cassette. You need the Hyperglide-C type of
freehub that is designed for 11T cogs.
