Most newer Bianchis use ISO standard (a.k.a. "British"😉 bottom brackets. =

The "L" probably indicates a "Left-hand" thread, whic is correct for a =

right side cup.

You can verify the size a couple of ways. The frame's BB shell will be=20
68 mm wide if it's a standard BB, but if it's Italian, it will be 70 mm=20
wide.

The thread designations may also appear on the cups.

ISO standard is 1.370 x 24 tpi.

Italian is 36 mm x 24 tpi...same thread pitch but larger diameter (also, =

Italian cups use right hand thread for both sides.)

i have an ev3 and it's definitely english thread. pretty sure the ev4
will be the same.

I haven't seen your bike but i'd be willing to bet that the "L" stands for left
hand thread which would be correct.
