FWIW, I am happy to report that running 9-speed Shimano cassettes with
the above always worked well. (Of course, running Campy worked too.)

Campagnolo 9-speed center-to-center 4.55 mm, cog thickness 1.75 mm, and
spacer thickness 2.8 mm Shimano 9-speed center to center 4.34 mm, cog
thickness 1.78 mm, and spacer thickness 2.56 mm
Campagnolo 10-speed 4.12 mm, 1.75 mm, 2.42 mm Shimano 10-speed 3.95 mm,
1.6 mm, 2.35 mm
I think that the same "sloppiness" tolerance will be there with the
requirement for reduction of ~0.2 mm rear derailer movement for each
increment on Dura Ace 10 cassette. I always wondered how it worked with
the indexing differences, stop positions, and cumulative errors. I am to
Anal Retentive to try it at this time, but I certainly have seen the 9
speed swap working on many bicycles. I would start the experiment with a
DURA ACE 10 speed chain, just because it is slightly narrower on the
outside.... however lateral chain width and lateral chain flexibility
are both considerations.
