Bottom Bracket Foibles

Why don't you just bring it to an LBS and have them do it? While you're at
it, you could probably replace the bottom bracket with a sealed cartridge BB
as well. That's what I do most of the time.

Not sure what tool you need, but the LBS probably has it ... and look around

Park's SPA-6 two-pin spanner may not be up to the eask in this case,
though it's sometimes a suitable choice. If it were me doing the job,
I'd grab a crummy deep socket that was big enough to fit over the
shaft, grind it to produce a pair of tabs to mate with those recesses,
and use Power Tools to haul that cup out of there. You may not have
that option.

I have seen people attack such a cup with a punch and a hammer,
pushing it around while badly chewing up the slots and often rendering
the whole thing irretrievably mashed; I would not recommmend such a
procedure, and mention it only cautionarily. (This is not to say that
I have not, with great delicacy and care, used such a technique
myself...but I don't know your level of skill, and it takes some
skill, and sometimes a bit of luck as well, to get away with that
trick.)

Don't forget to also use Liquid Wrench and some patience.
