Is there such a thing as a short hose that attaches to a Schrader pump
and has a Schrader fitting on the other end? If so, would it work on
an air suspension fork?

AFA hose, screw an adapter on the other end and achieve
what you asked for $6.However, a real shock pump may be a better idea. They don't
bleed ( the volume is pretty small in a fork ), the pumps
themselves are much smaller diameter for easier pumping at
high pressure and the gauge is built in.--
