Your local LBS, or plenty of other mailorder places.
Do you mean you need a new chainset (cranks and rings) or do you just
want some different size chainrings for the existing set?
You can probably get replacement rings for your existing chainset to
provide something like you want - what chainset do you have at the
moment, what size rings? Hoe old is the bike? newer bike are now 9 speed
(narrower chain), older bikes 7/8.
If you want a new chainset, then a quick peek would suggest something
like this:
Shimano Deore 44/34/22 for about GBP 50 - you could replace the 44 with
a 48 ring. Though changes might not be so clean up the big ring.

Or they have a cheaper Acera one.
Note the ring arrangement you suggest isn't a stock arrangement - so you
will need to change a ring or two anyway on a new one.
