    Hi Colin

    On both my bikes I can just about get my toe down when stopped. This
    is OK when stopped for a few moments. However, when I realise I will
    be stopped for a longer period I unclip my other foot, get off the
    saddle and put both feet on the ground.

    One of these days I'll learn to stop with both feet clipped in.
