I'm looking to get a cheap bicycle trailer , 2 wheels or 4 wheels,
which will be able to carry lumber and concrete, up to about 70
kilograms. WOuld anyone have any ideas as to what to buy, or tips on
making one?

WOuld anyone have any ideas as to what to buy, or tips on making one?I've used (mult-iday touring) a BoB trailer loaded up to 25 kg & it's
rated to 32 kg. See http://www.bobtrailers.com/ For large &/or heavy
loads you will need to build something.http://www.bikecartage.com/ in Canada make a 2 wheel trailer for loads
up to 205 kg.Moz in Sydney made himself a large trailer. See
http://www.moz.net.nz/bike/build/megatrailer/index.htmlI couldn't see myself towing a 70 kg load very far or over many hills.
Biggest problem after getting your load moving is STOPPING IT!, put
brakes on your trailer. You could also hire a truck/ute/car. 😉

Search for Moz's bicycle pages http://www.mozbike.com/build/
One less ute and Mega trailer might be useful.Eventually I will get the photos of my bob style heavy hauler up.
